Our Mission
First and Female is an initiative dedicated to creating opportunity, visibility, representation and education for women in football—starting at the high school level. Through mentorship, training, and strategic partnerships, we are building a pipeline for female leaders both on and off the field, and shaping a more inclusive future for the game.
OUR TEAM
Callie Cameron and Lauren Cherry are strong advocates for female representation in football having grown up on the sidelines as coaches kids. Their personal experiences and love of Texas High School football ignited their passion to pursue careers in football. They hope to inspire the next generation of female sports leaders, highlighting the essential roles women have in football and at the high school level and beyond.
